Summary:
Electric Plane $545 + AMA Dues $58 + Sunday Flyers dues $70 = $673 total
This is a new plane and we don't know what the flight time is before batteries will need charging. Most batteries last 10 - 15 minutes. Come to the field for other ideas on lessening the cost of electric planes.
Battery = $35
Field Charger = $50
Deans charger to battery connector = $7
Glo Fuel Plane $519 + AMA Dues $58 + Sunday Flyers dues $70 = $647 total
The above glo fuel plane will give you 5 or 6 flights at 15 minutes (or more) each, before needing recharged. It would be wise to get a field charger if you want to fly more the same day.
Best all around charger - Triton Jr. $70
